i have the rights to decline the commission should i feel that i am unable to deliver

commissions should be done within four to eight weeks. should there be any delays, you will be promptly informed

i will only start working on the commission once i receive the full upfront payment via paypal

additional charges will incur depending on complexity and set conditions such as fixed deadline, detailed designs/backgrounds, additional characters, etc.

if the invoice is not paid for over a week from the issued date, the commission will be cancelled

no refunds once i start the commission

i reserve the right to refund or cancel the commission at any given time

should i fail to deliver by the discussed date, if any, you can request a refund

do not issue a chargeback unless i do not give any update for three months

in the event of a refund, amount refunded is dependent on the progress of the commission e.g. 50% progress = 50% refund

commissions are for personal use only. any form of profit is prohibited e.g. reselling.

do not claim full credits to the artwork, i as the artist must be credited should the artwork be posted publicly

i retain the rights to publish the artwork on my social media, portfolio etc. at any time unless discussed beforehand

using the works for any blockchain-related technology such as nft, cryptocurrency and any artificial intelligence, machine learning such as ai generators are prohibited

only 3 edits in the sketching phase are allowed

only 1 minor edit at the finishing phase is allowed e.g. colour change, adding missing details, etc

any more edits will incur additional fees

no major edits such as pose change is allowed in the finishing phase
